This retainer is essential for holding the 2 Pivot Rods (EM4-5) in place in all our Phoenix Tape Dispensers. If you notice the Upper Tape Plate (EM3-1) is causing a jam in tape, the pivot rod may have come out, check the right side of your machine for the retainer.
