This wire connection is internal in your Phoenix Electric tape machines. It connects from the Controller Board (E1-4CBU)to the Encoder Disc(E1-4D). If you are getting lengths that are always the same no matter what length you push on your Keypad (E1-4KP-2), this wiring may be your answer.
