This can be found in front of your Phoenix Electric Tape Machine (PE1, PE2 and PE4-E). If you tape seems to slip a bit or jam when being dispensed, this may need to be replaced. Once you replace this item, you should dab a little 3 in 1 oil on the felt pad.
