This shaft comes with the gear attached and holds the Pin (E3-3Pin) for the Feed Wheel  (E3-3).  The gear needs to meet the Main Gear (M5-1) inside the Drum Cover   

(M1-3), these 2 gears should smoothly turn together to dispense tape.
